Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once your return is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Secure Your Package
Carefully pack the fragrance bottles in their original protective box to prevent leakage or breakage during transit and attach the label to the exterior.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
